Sanda joined Priory Care Services in 2018, right at the very start of our journey when the company was still finding its footing. From the very first day, she proved that she was more than just an employee. And over time, she became a cornerstone of our growth, a source of guidance, and a steady presence. With her skills and insights, she also helped us shape the values and culture of our organisation that we hold so strongly.

Sanda’s steadfast commitment to management over the last eight years has been second to none. She manifested her dedication, her professionalism, and her compassion in ways that are well beyond what anyone could have anticipated. Sanda’s work as a professional caregiver has not only benefited the care recipients and families, but it has also made a mark of excellence for a standard. She did this for the whole Priory team.

Sanda’s contributions have always extended beyond her day-to-day responsibilities. She embodies the core values of Priory Care Services: compassion, commitment, and excellence in care. Whether mentoring new staff, assisting management, or providing hands-on care, Sanda has always approached her work with sincerity and warmth. And with that, she was able to make a lasting impact on everyone around her.

We send Sanda off to retirement in Romania, where she has built a stunning home. She is a person who dedicated her whole life to tireless effort. It is upsetting to say goodbye to a person who played a huge role in our story. We hear Sanda’s laugh and use her advice. We all feel the loss, but we are proud of her journey and what she has accomplished.

Though she may no longer be working with us day-to-day, Sanda’s impact will remain woven into the foundation of Priory Care Services. Her dedication and commitment have helped shape the organisation into what it is today. And we will help keep her legacy intact by continuing to inspire both current and future staff.

As we look back on her incredible years with us, we are reminded that goodbyes, although tear-filled, are not the end. They are merely a temporary halt until trails converge once again. Sanda has left an enduring legacy, and her contributions will be cherished with appreciation and admiration.
