Priory Care Services provide Supported Living Accommodation – as a step down – whereby supporting individual with mental health, substance and alcohol misuse who have been admitted as inpatient in hospital and are clinically ready for independent living scheme .
We have our brand-new service – 3-bedroom house (one ensuite)– with shared kitchen facilities and communal areas. The project is located 11 Garth Close Morden SM4 4NN. This lovely 3-bedroom home is located strategic position and near mainstream amenities and public transport. Our environment offers privacy, dignity, independence, and choice, as our resident will continue their journey to full recovery.
Our aim is to develop our service users daily living skills and to increase their independence so that they can reach their full potential with the aim of fully integrating them back into society.
